International Shipping

International delivery is available on a case-by-case basis, subject to CITES export/import permits and the destination country's own import laws.

How It Works

1. Confirm your country permits primate import for the species you want.
2. We coordinate CITES export documentation from our end.
3. You (or your customs broker) arrange the corresponding import permit in your country.
4. Once both are approved, we schedule a flight nanny or approved live-animal cargo shipment.

Important

We do not ship internationally without completed, verified CITES paperwork on both ends. Processing times vary significantly by country — plan for several weeks to months of lead time.
